Gnosis is Self Knowledge; Gnostic study is the study of oneself. Gnostic study begins with an Introductory Course, then moves on to a Meditation Course.
The introductory course provides an overview in the Gnostic Teachings spread out over a 36 week program, so as to slowly assimilate the Gnostic knowledge and apply it in a practical manner. Each week comprises of a Talk and Meditation.
